Sonita Johal is an Executive Recruiter at ghSMART’s London office. She is responsible for driving hiring growth within the EMEA region and continuing to evolve the recruiting strategy to enable recruiting to scale as ghSMART expands.

Prior to joining ghSMART, Sonita worked at The Boston Consulting Group where she was responsible for the hiring growth of Consultants within the Technology Advantage Practice Area. Before this role she worked at Booking.com, driving high growth within their Client Service roles.

Sonita holds a BA in Sociological Studies from The University of Sheffield. She is originally from the United Kingdom but has had exciting international working experiences in New York City and Toronto. She enjoys travelling, going to live music concerts, and watching movies.
