Sonita Johal is an Executive Recruiter and DEI Lead, located within ghSMART’s London office. She is responsible for driving consultant hiring growth within Europe, Canada and Australia, while continuously evaluating and evolving recruiting strategy to allow the business to scale as ghSMART expands. In addition to the recruiting aspect of her role, Sonita also leads all of ghSMART’s DEI efforts.
