Will Shock is a Principal at ghSMART, where he helps his clients address their most difficult leadership challenges, including leadership assessment and development, team effectiveness, and organizational change.

Prior to ghSMART, Will was a Manager in Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Government and Public Service practice, where he worked directly with senior executives in the Federal Government designing, implementing, and managing organizational and strategic transformations. Additionally, Will helped launch Deloitte’s Future of Work Institute, a specialized experience designed to help students explore their future work, skills, and jobs and understand how those future experiences may evolve. In addition to his client work he was also a leader in promoting well-being and mentoring in his accounts. Before joining Deloitte, Will was a case team leader with Greenwich Strategy, a boutique consulting firm focusing on market strategy and due diligence for corporate and private equity clients.

Will earned his MBA from Yale School of Management and his BA in History and Economics (with honor) from Vassar College. He currently resides in Washington DC with his wife and two children.
