Sean co-leads of the firm’s Coaching and Executive Development practice. He partners with premier Fortune 500 and private equity clients on leadership development, CEO Succession and Readiness, high stakes leadership decisions, and team effectiveness. His CEO and C-Suite clients count on him as a thought partner in overcoming seemingly insurmountable challenges, advising them to balance what seems like untenable contradictions in order to realize their business goals and personal ambition.

He is also the co-lead of the firm’s Boundary Breakers research effort, and as the son of a Cuban immigrant, cares deeply about uncovering high potential talent from less traditional pipelines.
