Information We Collect and use from Assessment Candidates and Participants
In providing our services, we collect information from assessment candidates (“Candidates”) and participants (“Participants”), including personal information. This section describes how we collect, use, and disclose Candidate and Participant information. By participating in one of our assessments or consulting services, you agree that your personal information will be handled as described in this policy. Participants include anyone who provides data as part of ghSMART services.We collect information directly from Candidates and Participants through interviews and questionnaires. The information we collect may include information about work history and personal experiences. In addition, we may gather information from other sources pertaining to such Candidates and Participants. We primarily use this information to conduct Candidate assessments, to prepare reports as requested by our clients, and to fulfill the deliverables of our client agreements.In addition to Candidate assessments and other client deliverables, as permitted by applicable law we also use and disclose Candidate information as follows:
- Sharing Candidate Information with the client who requested services from us pertaining to the Candidate.
- Performing research on our assessments and using anonymized, deidentified and/or aggregated information for books, articles, white papers or other publications.
- Disclosing Candidate information to our third-party service providers for executing the administration and operations of our business including, without limitation, storage of data in cloud servers operated by third parties (such as Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, or other infrastructure providers), for antivirus software scanning, document management (such as DocuSign) related to agreements or forms, and outside editors for document review and document production.
- For research and analysis conducted by some of our third-party partners. This may include individuals, entities or other organizations we use to conduct research and data analysis.
